Thank you for providing excellent customer service to our providers. You went the extra mile by helping this provider on researching her claims and also providing her with explanations on why claims for the provider were not paid. The caller stated that even though BMA did not pay their claims, the service she received today from the customer service rep was extraordinary. We wanted all of BMA management to know how well we serve our customers.
