Your employer has offered you a Minimum Essential Coverage, or “MEC” plus plan and BMA is administering the plan on behalf of your employer.
I am going to share what a MEC plus plan consists of

In your MEC Plus plan, there are 63 preventive services covered at 100% under the required government list of Preventive and Wellness Benefits when you visit a network provider.

Examples of Covered Wellness Procedures Include, but are Not Limited to:
- one routine annual physical exam, [Text: Routine Annual Physical]
- diagnostic labs,
- x-ray services,

- Vaccinations, [Text: Immunization vaccines]
- and more.

With your MEC Plus plan, you have access to in-network benefits, including:
- primary care office visits at a $15 copay
- specialist office visits at a $25 copay
- urgent care at a $25 copay.

Generic contraceptives are $0 and all other generic medications are covered at a $10 co-pay, or 20%, the greater of the two.

For brand name medications, you can use your Healthe360 discount program (if elected) by your employer.

If your employer has elected to add our Healthe360 discount program, you will have access to additional non-insurance health benefits and discount programs which include:

- Telemedicine at a zero dollar co-pay, and

- Diabetics supplies,
- Hearing Aids,
- Vitamins and more.

If you have not logged in before, you may create a portal username and password by clicking the Create a New Login Account button on the login page.

Inside the BMA Health Portal, you may:
- view your medical and prescription claims history,
- view plan documents,

- and request an ID card,
