Jennifer Chambers

Director of Operations

Jennifer Chambers is currently the Director of Operations here at BMA and has been with the company for 4 ½ years. She came to us with a background in healthcare, having last done billing and coding working for a Cardiothoracic Surgeon. She started here at BMA as an Account Manager, worked to get her General Lines License, then became the Director of Sales and Accounts and now the Director of Operations. She has been married for 16 years and has two sons ages 3 and 7.

Bernadette Herrera

Eligibility/COBRA Manager

Bernadette Herrera is currently the Eligibility & Enrollments/COBRA Department Manager and has been with the company for 9 years. She came to us with a background customer service/claims/FSA,DCA. She last worked at Caprock Health Plans. Then started here at BMA as a customer service Representative. She has 2 wonderful boys that she loves and adores.

Lisa Gallegos

Sales Manager

Lisa Gallegos is currently the Sales Manager here at BMA and has been with the company almost 4 years. She has a background in accounting and came to us right after she graduated with her bachelor's degree in healthcare administrations.

She has been married for 3 years and has two children, a 16-year-old daughter, 13-year-old son and is very involved in her church.

James Burkholder

James Burkholder is the President and CEO if BMA, having founded the company back in 1992. He started working with School Districts and branched out from there. He has had his General Lines License for 30+ years and frequently attends conferences.

Tomas Perez Jr.

Tomas Perez Jr is the CFO here at BMA and has been with the company for 4 ½ years. He came to us with a background of 35yrs in Managerial Finance & Accounting having most recently worked for Takata Seatbelts and Nature Sweet Tomatoes. He has been married to a Beautiful Doctor for 25yrs and have one Son who is finishing up his bachelor's degree at Texas A&M San Antonio.
