Can our preferred provider(s) become part of the CareClix network?
Yes. When those providers join the CareClix network, they would have access to the CareClix Electronic Health Record as well as any clinical notes from the patient’s telephonic or webcam visit.

Can CareClix providers collaborate with the patient’s primary care physician?
Yes. In fact, it is highly recommended that the patient’s current primary care physician (PCP) or wellness provider grant the CareClix physicians authorization and referral for CareClix to conduct telemedicine and urgent care visits. CareClix’s licensed doctors will then provide the patient’s PCP with a summary report regarding their patients’ visits and treatment plans.

Can CareClix providers speak in languages other than English?
Yes. CareClix physicians can communicate with patients in virtually every language.

Can CareClix write prescriptions for patients?
Yes. Prescriptions can also be sent electronically to the patient’s local pharmacy.

Can CareClix refer patients for lab testing?
Yes. CareClix is networked with Lab Corp and Quest to make for convenient referrals for patient diagnostic testing.
